Who we are

What we collect

When you submit the booking or enquiry form we collect your name and phone number, and. If you provide them. Your email address, vehicle make and model, the service you are asking about, a preferred date and your message. We ask for nothing else.

We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange work on your vehicle. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

How form submissions are handled

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to a lead-management service operated by BluePeek, which stores the submission and forwards it to the workshop by email. Submissions are also checked automatically for spam before being forwarded, this involves a hidden form field, the time taken to complete the form, and the number of submissions from your network address.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, which pages are read, and whether people call, request a booking or ask for directions. IP anonymisation is enabled. We record that an interaction happened, never the contents of a form.

Google sets cookies to do this. You can block them in your browser settings, or use Google's own opt-out browser add-on, and the site will continue to work normally.

Embedded map

Our contact and location pages embed a Google Map. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies, under its own privacy policy. The map is loaded lazily, so it is not requested unless you scroll to it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep records of work carried out on your vehicle. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by calling or emailing the workshop, and we will do so unless we are required to retain them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or complain about how we have handled it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
